Children bring a healthy packed lunch and two snacks. We eat together at the table, encourage everyone to try, and never rush. After lunch there's a proper quiet spell — stories, drawing or simply lying down — before the afternoon gets going again.
Outdoor play happens every day the weather allows, with shade, hats and water breaks in summer.
