Care, safety & everyday practicalities
Safeguarding
All staff are trained in safeguarding and first aid, with monitored ratios and a signed-in, signed-out register for every child.
Health & medication
Please tell us about allergies, conditions and medication in advance. Medication is only given with a completed written consent form.
Uniform & clothing
Children wear the Playtime t-shirt with comfortable clothes and closed shoes. Everything comes home a little messier than it arrived.
Sun & weather
Sunscreen is applied at home and reapplied by us during the day. In hot weather we shift to shaded and indoor activities.
Transport
Transport is available on selected routes for an additional fee. Routes and pickup points are confirmed before each camp.
Drop-off & collection
Drop-off from 8:00 (7:30 if pre-booked), collection from 15:00 with extended hours until 16:30. Only named adults may collect.
